'This is a half of a cute little house close to Main Street in Montrose. It has a private entrance. I think the other half might be a rental too because I never saw anyone else on the grounds. The screened in front porch is a charming and unusual feature. The house was absolutely spotless. I’m very picky and I couldn’t find anything that wasn’t sparkling! 'The property had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room and dining area , and a spacious kitchen. We were visiting the nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.. Our stay was short, but very comfortable.'

'Great option in Montrose. We used it for a golf trip. excellent!'

'Very nice property centrally located to area activities. House was very clean in a nice neighborhood, and we were provided with well defined instructions for the stay. Rhonda was extremely responsive when I shared concern for area wildfires. So glad I took her advice and continued with my stay because it was exactly as she explained. Really appreciated that conversation. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend.'

'Overall, this was a nice property. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt like there should be a large area rug in the living room so you could sit on it, do yoga stretches, etc. The floors are tile and it would be nice to have some floor space, even for kids to lay on and watch TV. The rug in the living room was very small, not very cushy, and only big enough for the coffee table to sit on. Kitchen was stocked well and we appreciated having some ziploc baggies available.'

'A very clean, very comfortable home.'
