'A great room with wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. All rooms are small in the village, but the village is one of the 2 best places in cinque terra. Lots of exercise because of the stairs. No breakfast, but the village has plenty of restaurants'

'We had a wonderful stay at Penseone Sorriso, the staff were pleasant and very helpful, Avelina, Matteo and Wesly. The location is perfect it's nearby the train station. The Breakfast were great too. Highly recommended.'

Calme'

However I would still say there are four star because of location and value'

There’s nothing comfortable about the room - it’s just a room, barely big enough to fit the bed, virtually no amenities and barely enough room for a suitcase. The bedsheets are hard, uncomfortable, and loud such that you will likely wake your bed-mate if you roll over in bed. There are steep steps to the...

'There is no front desk or staff available to help us with check in or carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived after 7 pm. No one answered the bell that was in the directions and I didn’t realize that there was another set of instructions for later arrivals. A local helped us call the manager who gave us instructions for the keypad which was in a different building. We had a misunderstanding about the price because I believed that I had booked it in Canadian dollars but it was in Euros, and...
