'Room was clean and spacious and close to lots of good services. Our stay was great until a youth hockey team moved in with their neglectful parents and played hockey in the hallways and wandered about the hotel all night. Also was super disappointed that the only time I tried to use the pool it was closed for maintenance and the staff couldn’t tell me when it would open again. It was weird because one staff said it could open and another came behind them and closed it again.'

'Our first impression was not so good. A giant bug sitting right in the middle of the bed. There was one more by the window. Just stink bugs I think, but larger than what I've seen before. Anyway once I got them outside, didn't find anymore the rest of the night. The rest of the room was OK, the carpet was very dirty but the bathroom was nice a clean. Had a good night sleep and the breakfast was good. Overall this place is OK, not great but not up to other hotel chains standards.'

'Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! De fitness ruimte was erg verouderd en apparaten zat roest op. Het ontbijt was iets anders dan wij gehoopt hadden maar tegelijk was er nog best veel keuze. Er was te weinig ruimte dus veel namen ontbijt mee naar hun kamer. '

'Gewoon super! '

'We had a great experience at Sandman hotel in Vernon! We had the Kingsize bed suite that had a comfy couch in front of the TV with all the amenities we needed. We had a great sleep cause they had a/c to stay comfortable and the curtains kept the light out. The shower was hot, the coffee and tea tasted good and we kept our food cold in the mini fridge. Would definitely come back!'
