Een echt strandhuis grenzend aan het nieuw aangelegde wildlife conserve. Het onlangs gerenoveerde, meer dan 3500 vierkante meter huis biedt een tweede verhaal, panoramisch uitzicht op oceaan zonsopgangen en weelderige tropische vegetatie. Laat de zijde gordijnen getrokken worden. Open de gescreense ramen 's nachts en uw ochtenden worden overspoeld met gouden licht en de symfonie van surfen. Boven: prachtige hoofdslaapkamer met grote inloopkast en 2 inbouwkasten in de vloer tot plafond, aangepast bad. Opent naar een zithoek met flatscreen-tv, schrijftafel, studie-alkoof en 180-graden balkonzicht. Op de eerste verdieping vind je een grote wijnstijl in de vintage stijl, een nieuwe keuken met graniet, roestvrij apparatuur, vaatwasser en gemakkelijke toegang tot het zwembad en de familiekamer. Drie extra slaapkamers met een tweede meester en aparte surfmotief slaapkamer allemaal met aangewezen badkamers. Nieuwe HD TV, A / V-apparatuur en gaming consoles. Twee van de slaapkamers en twee woonruimten openen voor het zwembad terras. Een garage met 2 auto's, een eigen auto en een tiental kokosnootpalms bevinden zich op een groot omheind en afgedekt uitnodigend pand. Alles is hier klaar. Een prive woning ingericht met kunst, antiek en alle gemakken van thuis.

Aangrenzende toegang tot het strand biedt een paviljoen op het strand en barbecues ideaal voor gezinsmaaltijden. De schilderachtige kleine luxe stad Vero Beach biedt vele goede restaurants en winkels in de buurt.

House was wonderful and communication with James was easy. Access to bikes and beach chairs etc... made packing to head to the beach less cumbersome. The grill was easy to use and ready to go. I would definitely book this house again. -LS

One of the best places we have ever stayed. My wife and I enjoyed the upstairs living area while our adult children had the downstairs. Close to the beach, shopping, and many great places to eat. All the amenities you could need and more! Will definitely be coming back!!

The house has tons of space, is well equipped, and it’s right across the street from the beach. The beach is honestly one of the nicest we’ve seen in all of Florida (we’ve seen most). It’s a very quite area and perfect for a family with young kids.

Our family stayed here for a week in March & couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! The house location is ideal- it’s directly across from the beach access & the beach is gorgeous! We spent most of our time there, and even with perfect weather, it was never crowded. We watched beautiful sunrises, went boogie boarding & even saw 2 rocket launches! The house provides plenty of beach necessities, water toys, outdoor games, bikes, board games & books to unwind. This place was perfect for my husband & I, our kids & their significant others. It’s clean, updated & the layout is well planned out- each bedroom, with its own bathroom, is in a separate area of the house. The rooms were good size, beds were comfortable & there was plenty of closet space. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need- aside from the essentials, there’s an espresso machine, coffee maker (keurig & traditional), toaster, crock pot, etc. We were pleased there was a gas grill, and the dining area on the covered patio was used almost every meal. Even though we only used it once, the pool was a plus & the pool floats were relaxing. This whole property seems private with mature trees and fenced backyard, & the neighborhood is peaceful- which is what we hoped for. The communication throughout our whole experience with this property was exceptional & we’re grateful to know we had an available contact. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a vacation to Vero Beach!!

Our week in this lovely spot could not have been more ideal! We are thankful to owner (James) for his effort to communicate and accommodate. The home is well appointed, very spacious, comfortable and a very quick walk to the beach. We kept remarking all week that we really lucked out in finding the perfect spot. The pictures don’t do it justice! Many spaces have been updated. The house is beautiful, but the location is amazing! Directly across from the beach access, your toes are in the sand in no time. The kids LOVED the pool! The yard was gorgeous and we spent a lot of hours there. The house had everything we needed and we can’t wait to go back!

Without renting a home ‘on’ the beach, this house was the best location for walking to the beach. It’s directly across from the beach access in the Moorings. Was great for our young family. Also for young children, we enjoyed that the stairs inside the house were easily blocked off with a door. Lots of beach toys, wagon, boogie boards, bikes and lots of space inside the house.

Raphael's house is a perfect combination of comfort, space, location, and efficiency. The house is wonderful - each bedroom with its own bathroom, a ginourmous kitchen with every cooking tool you can imagine, a very well stocked garage full of beach toys, towels, bikes, etc.... The internet works like a charm in case you need to stay connected. The pool and outdoor space are perfect for afternoon cocktails. The laundry room is awesome with two big, new washer and dryers. You won't need much more than a couple of bathing suits to enjoy the house which sits RIGHT ACROSS the beach access. We had the beach to ourselves the whole time we stayed. It was like being far, far away on an island somewhere. Oh, and there is an outdoor shower (with hot water) which is a dream after you step off the beach. Raphael returned every message, phone call, text promptly, and was a perfect hostess. We could not have been happier with our stay and came home with a real sense of peace, as one should after such a pleasant week. We HIGHLY recommend Raphael's house and would rent it again and again.

The house was well stocked, clean, and only about 200 years to the ocean. While not beach-front, it's so close that you can hear the surf. The pool was a nice respite in the late afternoon when we were done lounging on the beach.

We are repeat renters of this fabulous property. The location could not be better (The Moorings is a wonderful community) with a short walk to one of the prettiest beaches in the world. The house is warm and inviting with a top of the line kitchen with all sorts of appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. And the back yard and pool are amazing. This house is truly a gem and the communication was excellent through the entire rental process. This house is a keeper.

This house is great for adults. The close proximity to the beach (walking across the road to access path) and pool offer many options to really enjoy Florida. The house was very clean. The kitchen has all cooking items you will need and more. Each bedroom is separated and off one of the many common areas of the house. They also each have an attached bath or a bath immediately outside the bedroom door. The bedroom separation layout keeps the noise level in the bedrooms down and allows others to enjoy the common areas without disturbing those who may be resting. There are numerous beach towels and beach chairs available. They also have lots of books to read and as well as puzzles to put together. The large dining room is great for playing games and talking about your day over a good meal. There is a grocery store (Publix) about 5 miles away so you can very easily get any food items you may want. We had a wonderful stay, again!
