Thank you for sharing your feedback. The bathrooms are up to code, including the showers. There should not be any spills from the shower nor the need to put towels on the floor. The bathroom window opens to the outside, and there should be no condensation. The hotel underwent a large renovation, and the bathrooms are like new. Addressing the hot water issue, our hotel is equipped with two water heater systems, each capable of running the entire facility independently. Unfortunately, last week, one system experienced a failure. However, the second system maintained hot water. The failed water heater tank has been replaced with a new one, and to further enhance our services, a third new water heater tank has been installed. Now, the hotel features three brand new water heater systems, ensuring uninterrupted hot water availability even in the event of two system failures.Concerning the toilet matter, it's essential to mention that our on-site maintenance team is readily available to promptly address any concerns.
