The Space:

The "Mercuzio's dream" apartment, 260 m², is located just 300 meters from the Arena and is close to the main tourist attractions of the city.

It can accommodate up to 12 people and consists of an equipped kitchen equipped with all appliances, in which you can prepare delicious dishes that you can serve in the large living room where a large table will allow you to share moments of carefree conviviality. Furthermore, the comfortable reading area will allow you to experience moments of great relaxation.

There are also:

-a large corridor that will lead you to all the rooms in the apartment.

- 5 double bedrooms equipped with smart TVs;

- 2 full bathrooms.

The spaciousness of the spaces will allow you to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay, guaranteeing your privacy and that of your friends.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi connection.

In the dining room, as well as in all bedrooms, you will find a smart TV.

All bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes and storage beds for storing luggage.

The mattresses and pillows are memory foam.

The following equipment for children is available:

- high chair

- 3 protective bed barriers.



Guest Access:

The apartment is located on the third floor of a nineteenth-century building: to get there you can use the large staircase with frescoed cross vaults.



The apartment is located in Stradone San Fermo 17 and you can reach it comfortably by car.

You can stop in front of the door to unload your luggage and then go and park.

The car parks along the street are paid and allow parking only for 2 hours. The payment column is located about 50 m on the right and the hourly rate from 8am to midnight is €2/h.

The car parks in the vicinity are:

- Underground and external parking "Cittadella" about 600 m away; daily rate 24h/€21

- "Saba/Arena" car park about 650 m away; daily rate 24h/€22



Parking 1 Verona (Piazza Nogara) is located in a restricted traffic zone and is only accessible with a permit.



During your stay you will not need a car as the apartment is in the center and all the main attractions are easily reachable on foot.

Other Things to Note:

The tourist tax is not collected and is not included in the calculation. The payment of the tourist tax will be made during the online check-in in the amount of €3.50 per person per night, from 15 years old, up to a maximum of 4 nights.

In the list of things to visit in Verona you cannot miss Piazza delle Erbe, the Torre dei Lamberti, the Scaliger Tombs, the Cathedral, the Basilica of San Zeno, the Scaligero Bridge and Castelvecchio.

If you want to take a day trip and enjoy nature, Lake Garda, the largest Italian lake, is located not far from Verona and is easily accessible both by car and train.

If you want to dedicate an entire day to fun, just 30 minutes by car from Verona, there is the famous Gardaland amusement park where you can experience magical adventures for all ages, mixing together adventure, adrenaline and imagination.
