The owner's word:

Our grandparents fell in love with Lake Annecy and the village of Veyrier du Lac more than 25 years ago. It has become our favourite holiday destination.
Our parents were lucky enough to be able to buy the thatched cottage a few years later on their first visit to Annecy. We quickly became attached to this house which has become very special to our family. Our passion for decoration has led us to completely transform this place, each room has been remodelled; each object has been hunted down to offer a typical place that is unlike any other holiday home. We have put all our heart and all our energy into making this house truly unique.
This authentic place is conducive to relaxation and rest with family and friends. The house is filled with furniture and objects brought back from all over the World. This adds interest and charm to our villa. We hope you will love this place as much as we do!

Parties, late nights and bachelor/bachelorette parties are NOT ALLOWED

From 10pm, music and noise disturbance must be greatly reduced.

A security deposit of €2,000 will be requested upon arrival at the house by bank imprint (no debit). In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to use it.

The maximum capacity allowed throughout the stay is 12 people.

A decibel sensor is installed to ensure respect for the neighbourhood.

A surveillance camera is placed in the car parks to secure the car parks.
