• Bedroom 1 "Semnoz": 1 bed 180x200 or two single beds (90x200 cm) according to your needs, a large dressing room, with adjoining bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet. A large balcony with magnificent view of the lake

• Bedroom 2 "Mont Veyrier": Master suite - King size bed (200x200 cm), private balcony, en-suite bathroom with bathtub offering a view of the lake, work space, dressing room, Italian shower, double sink and separate toilet.

• A staircase will lead you to a vast living space under a magnificent framework including a living room with wood-burning fireplace, a dining or meeting table, a kitchen area offering a spectacular view of the lake and the town of Annecy.
• Kitchen area equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, sink and refrigerator, but not intended for meal preparation.
• Guest toilet.

• Room 4 “Col de Lechaux”: A queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with en-suite bathroom and a splendid view of the lake. This room also has a mezzanine floor, including a double bed (140x200 cm), a single bed (90x200 cm) and a reading corner with a view of the lake. An ideal space to accommodate a family, children or for seminars in a refined setting.

✨Garden Level ✨Three comfortable and spacious terraces: one facing south, one facing south-east and one facing south-west equipped with a jacuzzi, swimming pool and sauna✨ These three terraces offer a breathtaking view of Lake Annecy.
