'Wir haben die Zeit in Andreas Haus genossen. Das Haus hat in jedem Raum Air Condition, die Zimmer sind gross. Auch die Küche ist so gross, dass eine 5 köpfige Familie bequem essen kann. 'We really enjoyed our holiday in August 2022 in this fantastic house. We are a family of 19 persons of which 11 children in different ages. Il Pavone Reale is a great house with a lot of space and nicely decorated. It has a great kitchen, tennis court, lovely pool, pizza house with fire wood oven, table tennis, bbq area and much more. 'Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen. 'My wife and I stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay and property. Jessica was responsive and very helpful. It is way up the hill, so be prepared to drive to the beach. Would be even better with 2 couples where you could enjoy some meals together on the patio, overlooking the sea. The views of the sea from the house and patio are really incredible. Very tastefully and artistically decorated. Enjoyed dinner at La Ruggia and visiting Finalborgo. Highly recommend!'

'We had a lovely holiday in a beautiful house. The location was great (from the terrace, looking to one side you see the sea and looking to the other side the mountains). The city itself was okay but nothing special (but there are many paid beaches so if you like that, it is great). There are nice villages in the area to visit (e.g. in Albenga, Finalborgo, Castelvecchia), caves, and in Imperia (about 45 minutes by car) you have a great beach at La Galeazza). 'Maison en parfait état et bien aménagée. Bon point de départ pour découvrir la région. Nous avons surtout apprécié les grottes riches en traces de la présence humaine. Le petit musée historique de la vieille ville et son ambiance tranquille par rapport à la plage trop mercantile. Belles promenades à partir de San Bernardino. Encore merci au propriétaire qui a été très gentil avec nous et à Cristina tout au long de notre séjour.'

'very well equipped accommodation, lots of room and great pool. Location is excellent, close to the cloys medieval village but only few kilometres away from the beach. No problems with the neighbouring pizza restaurant (quite after 23h)'
