First night we were there there was nobody in there, we had it all to ourselves. The second time we were in there the pool and hot tub were much busier. 'The shelf in our room was broken when we arrived and the towels were on the floor. The pool area was closed the entire time with no reason. $15 for breakfast and the paint on the front of the building is falling off but inside it was bright and cheery staff was nice. I like the unique layout of the building.'

'My room itself was amazing. Evidently, I was the first person to stay in the room since it had been renovated. In fact, the entire hotel was in the middle of major renovations. There were workers in half the rooms on my floor, which was ok. They never kept me awake at night or woke me up in the morning. But they did have multiple shipping containers taking up parking spots, which made it hard to park. I’ve stayed here in the past, and parking was never an issue, but it was this past weekend....

'Bugs in the room!!! By the bed!! Refuse to clean it or give us another room or a refund. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to Hyatt Corporate as well as Expedia who also refused to refund us despite having to leave the hotel and get another one .
