'Breakfast was well supplied, the lady kept the area completely clean and organized. Hotel was quiet. Staff was super helpful. Upon check in, our room stunk of sewage. And dirty dishes were in sink and dishwasher. Salad dressings in the fridge. There was no other room to move us to and I wasn’t feeling well. The lady documented the complaint and was very helpful. The bedding was clean, so were countertops and bathroom. '

'First night room was really cold. Second night was much better. Had a few cockroachs watching me shower. Staff was friendly and had no problems when i locked myself out. '

'For the price we paid for this stay we were extremely disappointed. From the moment we pulled in the driveway it was quite clear we had been misled by the online information. The building it’s very run down. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable, the ceiling and walls were very discoloured and patchy with posters thumb tacked to the walls. The toilet was not bolted down properly and leaked on the floor. The location is not near any amenities and dispite what the website says, there is...

'Conviently located closed to interstate 94 and highway 83. Entrance to the hotel off the street is a left into a driveway that is not well marked to the hotel so can be a bit confusing. Its very comfortable once in the hotel.'

'Everything was good very clean friendly breakfast was hot and fresh. The parking was good I would stay again I have nothing bad to say about our 3-night stay. '

'Our room did not have enough towels when we arrived, and we had to go down to the front desk to get towels. It took about 10 phone calls to get through to anyone...and they said we needed to go down and get them ourselves. The room was nice and clean, but no antibacterial hand wash for bathroom. (Only a face bar and shampoo/conditioner) The staff wasn't rude.... but didn't go out of their way to make you feel welcome either. They are there for check in and check out... that's it. '

'Pool floor is so slippery every kid fell while we were there. Pool also doesn't close until 11 so it was loud. Floors cracked in the rooms. Used to be the nice hotel- now is definitely not. '
