'Staff and welcome - superb, friendly and efficient at all times - absolutely faultless.
Room and premises - welcoming, clean and very comfortable.
Food, breakfast and dinner - the Continental Breakfast was excellent and very nicely presented. We also had dinner in the bar/restaurant and that was good, well-presented and delicious.
Parking - there is no parking but we simply used a nearby Morrisons and paid a modest price for parking there using the JustPark app.

'Clean, charming, super location. Check-in was very easy and the owner was very responsive and helpful- she helped me order a taxi to the airport after my stay. The breakfast voucher was great. The bed was cozy:) the room felt very homey😁
It was a little loud outside on the street around 9:30PM or so, but I was able to sleep well the whole night.

'Willow Ridge is a fabulous country house perfectly situated just outside Bristol. From here you can explore the whole area easily including Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge caves, Bath, Glastonbury and Weston-super-mare and more. The host cannot do enough for you and makes you feel at home right from the start. The room was clean and comfortable and decorated to a high standard with terrific views across the countryside. 'It is a beautiful place with a wonderful restaurant. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The ONLY issue we had is, being in our 60s, the lack of hand rails in the bathroom. The shower is an in-bath type and we would really have found a couple of handrails very useful. One as you get in and one next to the shower. Other than that it was a perfect stay. '
