We're very sorry to hear your stay with us did not meet your expectations and we can assure you we are committed to making our location better based on the feedback we receive from conscientious guests like yourself. Firstly, we understand how street traffic can be bothersome, so we've gone ahead and left a backside/quiet request on your file. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferences on future reservations, however, we'd like to mention that we have a limited number of king rooms on our property. Unfortunately, on the evening you checked in, the 3 king rooms on the backside of the hotel were already checked in. We apologize for the inconvenience and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in the future. Secondly, we'd also like to apologize for the delay you experienced at the front desk. At peak check in hours, we do experience an influx of guests. As our front desk can only safely accommodate 2 agents, we can assure you we are working as hard as we can to make your check in as smooth and simple as possible. We understand how wait time can be an inconvenience, and we'd like to make sure your next stay with us is much better. For next time, please get in contact with us the day of your check in, and we will see if we can accommodate an early check in. Additionally, please let us know if you have troubles with the TV remotes. Our front desk staff will be sure to help you. We do hope you choose to stay with us again.
