'The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!). There was a bit of leaking from the windows, and was a bit chillier in parts (the bathroom was cold!), and the alignment on the doors was a bit off,...

'Fantastic stay for weekend visit to Bariloche while in Argentina for a long business trip. The owner and the staff were all extremely hospitable and welcoming. I travel extensively for work and the service provided by the entire staff made me feel like I was staying with family and friends. 'Lovely hotel in great location. Recepton staff very good. Breakfast staff chatted amonst themselves all morning. Spa area is really poorly designed. Walk through the pool area and downstairs with dirty shoes to a tiny "changing room" which is a few showers and toilets with a stool outside. And door opens directly on to reception area so no privacy for changing. Swimmers also drip down the stairs so an accident waiting to happen!! Some gym equipment broken. And the gym and pool don't open until...

'Great location within walking distance of the landmarks. But what stood out was their front desk staff! Second to none. My husband had a leg injury and they called 911 for assistance and maintained availability of ice at any time to serve our needs. Would stay there again. '

" Hotel Hampton by Hilton in Bariloche is in a beautiful location, close to the center and overlooking Lago Nahuel Huapi. The hotel offers good facilities such as a fitness room and a standard Argentinian breakfast (included in your stay). The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. I hesitated between booking this hotel and the NH Edelweiss. In retrospect I am very happy that I chose Hampton by Hilton, because it saves an extra 100 meters up and down the hill and you have a much nicer view of the lake. And it saves 200 euros on the total stay! "
