'The house was well-located (near downtown but in a quiet neighborhood), the decor is lovely and pleasant, appliances are modern and in great shape, the living area (kitchen, dining, living - kind of a great room style) is spacious and very comfortable! There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. The linens are plush, clean, and plentiful. When it got too warm, we switched the HVAC to cooling and were very comfortable. 'The house is larger than it appears in the photos and has everything you would need. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and we filled the house with the Bridal party and our family. There is soo much character everywhere in the house. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, the kitchen had every amenity I could ask for.
