'Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. '

'Nice room for family and dog. Located just outside London but a 10 min walk to blackheath station (southeastern line to carring cross, passing tower bridge and london bridge). And bus stop right in front of hotel a good location to explore London. Good English breakfast and friendly staff. '

'My room had a very tiny window, which half of it was covered. So there was zero daylight and no view from canary warf at all. The second problem was that the staff was very young and most of them didn't even greet us or looked at us when entering or leaving the hotel. Being young is not the problem, it's the lack of management and training, also with the casual clothes (and stains..) on them. However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working!
