'We booked an "Intermediate Condo" for a family trip with kids and came away disappointed on almost every front. Booking runaround: I called a full week before our stay to ask about switching to a smaller unit since our group size had changed. I was told someone would call me back — no one ever did. When I followed up days later, I was told their policy doesn't allow changes within 7 days. So I called within the window, they dropped the ball, and I was stuck paying for more space than I needed....

One of our guests does not eat fish so there were only 2 options on the menu she could order. $40 for a small bowl of pasta. The services in the restaurant, Bellman and front desk reception were all very polite courteous. We were disappointed in this property. '
