'La persona que nos recibió es muy amable. Si llegas después de las 8 hay que avisar pues no cuentan con mostrador de recepción. La habitación es muy básica, solo la queríamos para dormir, llegamos tarde y salimos muy temprano. '

'Our family was obsessed with the large property thanks to its perfect layout for family gatherings, breakfasts around the enormous dining table, and relaxing evenings on the rooftop. The neighborhood wasn't the sexiest but the house was a short 10 minute taxi ride to central Oaxaca. The hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with which made our family vacation relatively stress free.'

'We had a wonderful stay. Glynn and Max are incredible hosts that are genuinely interested in their guests having a great experience in their house and city. 'The room 3 is a good size, with a comfortable queen bed and a window (I noticed other rooms without a window). There’s drinking water in the lobby with a seating area and a mini fridge (our food was taken with no notice though, so maybe label it?) The bathroom is not fully closed off and private; the top part of the door frame is open to the bedroom, if that’s a dealbreaker for you. Shower is not separated so the whole bathroom gets full of water when showering. But showers do get very hot...

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
