'Place looks exactly like the photos, villa has that old colonial style, Its an old Villa but its in great shape, has enough rooms for all 17 of us to stay sleep comfortably. 'Beautiful villa that is a short 5 minute walk or 30 second drive to the beach. Plenty of room with 3BR, 3.5 bath with nice pool and rooftop terrace. AC units are in all 3 bedrooms and living room as well so the place stays nice and cool. This villa is in a VERY secure and safe area, security entering and exiting the community is strict and I always felt comfortable. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would return to this property which is located right outside the Marina. Walk to all of the restaurants ar the Marina.'

'We have an amazing time in the house. The house is very confortable and have space enough for a big group of people. The locations is closed by playa Minitas. We have the help of Lore and it was the best thing. She keep everything organize and clean all the time. She was always there to help you with anything. She is an amazing person and easy to communicate with. Victor was always there to answer all the question and make sure everything was ok.'
