'Villa Brunella is a pretty hotel in a beautiful location. Sadly the breakfast is way below 4**** by international ànd Italian standards. We were very dissapointed by this. We think the Villa Brunella could be more creative in trying to offer an elegant breakfast in “Capri style” even if the setting around the pool is logistically challenging.'

'Hotel ligt vlak aan de haven met prachtig uitzicht ,zeer mooie kamers met balkon . Heel netjes en propere kamers ,en uitgebreid ontbijt . Zeer vriendelijk personeel , een echte aanrader! Ik vond het wel raar toen ik vroeg naar de tarieven van standaard kamer , junior suite en suite ,want wij hadden een kleiner balkon tegenover 10 jaar geleden en daarom wou ik het verschil weten ,maar toen konden ze mij geen prijs geven want dat hangt af van de bezetting vertelde ze mij !'

'The view is gorgeous but the half mile trek uphill was undersold. They warn you that it’s a little trek but it is a steep incline )17-18 flights) to the center of town. We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening due to the distance back/forth and got food poisoning from the seafood. Two days of our trip was spent stuck in the room. The charge to transport your luggage is ridiculous but necessary with the hotel being so far. Concierge did give good advice on ferry tickets.'

'Horrifying experience at LHP Suite Villa La Giara! As soon as we entered, the villa wasn’t clean or ready for us to check in. We had seen all the trash, dirty beds and bathrooms from the previous tenants of the Villa. We were made to wait while they attempted to clean to the villa. When we returned the bathrooms were smelling terribly, there were dirty towels. They refused to provide us with basic amenities such as water. When we tried to use the gym, none of the equipment’s were working and...
