'Piccolo appartamento a due passi dal centro di Tarvisio, vicino a qualsiasi cosa vi possa venire in mente. Posizione silenziosa, pulizia e servizi in dotazione in eccellenti condizioni. L'host Marco...

'We had an excellent stay here. The staff went out of their way to help us, So friendly and helpful, really kind and our kids loved them! There was bit of confusion about where to park when we arrived after a long and stressful journey and Lara even came over to meet us and waited for us to grab our bags and show us where to park. The staff are based at the Jasna Resort just a couple of minutes up the road but are super responsive. I didn’t get the young man’s name who gave my kids sweets and...

'If I could give negative stars I would.
This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit.
Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms.
The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings.
When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade...

'The location is almost perfect. Easy parking at the property, by walk, 5 minutes to Romer Bad, 5 minutes to Billa and Spar, 2 minutes to a bank, 2 minutes to a local restaurant. The only possible issue, the apartment is on the third floor, some old people may find it hard to climb. Overall, mice trip and vacation.
