'Very convenient and enjoyable location'

'I was pretty disappointed overall with this property receiving such high scores. The front desk personnel were young and rude and distracted, check in was slow too busy chit chatting with each other. Our shower door was off square therefore it leaked all over the floor. Bed was ok, AC was extremely noisy but functional, TV was large and selection was good no Microwave in room is very inconvenient for a stay. The food very mediocre and tasteless usual fake eggs, cheap precooked paper thin...

'Kamer schoon. Groot. Helemaal prima. Tv aan de kleine kant. Ontbijt matig. Heb beter gezien. Locatie goed.'

'Prima hotel ,goede loctie ,vriendelijke ontvangst alleen ontbijt kan veel beter'

'Qua locatie unieke ligging. Italiaans restaurant had te weinig keuzemogelijkheden. Ik vond voor zo'n groot complex sowieso te weinig restaurants en de bar veel te klein. Airconditioning was niet altijd voldoende aanwezig.'

'Nice view. Bed was not comfortable. Rugs in hallways were pretty old. Restaurant was ok. Pool was cold but was supposed to be heated.'

'great place'

'Loved the location, vibe and boutique feel of the hotel.'

'We were in room 115, i paid over $600 for one night expecting the decor to be old hispanic charm with old fireplace. Instead the room is completely modern. The lobby is very small, the bar is very small. I would not book again.'

'The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone that we encountered was very hospitable and accommodating. Some other issues with our trip were uncomfortable, but the Global Ambassador made up for those issues. Even assisted with setting up car rental for us. We can't speak highly enough about our stay. Top Notch operation at every level!!!'

'Modern comfortabel hotel'
