'Arrived to find that their system had been down for an hour. They were telling customers they could cancel their reservation and go somewhere else. wWe had to wait about an hour for the system to come up. They couldn’t accommodate us and just give us an empty room and figure it out later. We were there for a show on the next night. It’s a good thing we didn’t arrive the same day as the show. Everything else about the place was nice and convenient location.'

'I booked a room on the first floor & it was conveniently located to the swimming pool. I liked the convenience of being able to walk back & forth to swim. Our room had a view of the pool and the lake. On Friday they had pool service for food & drinks. The restaurant bar & patio was next to the pool which was perfect for me due to my limited mobility. The menu has a nice variety. I enjoyed Breakfast, Lunch, & dinner. Excellent food & Drinks. The chairs on the patio are very comfortable. “Terry”...

'Qua locatie unieke ligging. Italiaans restaurant had te weinig keuzemogelijkheden. Ik vond voor zo'n groot complex sowieso te weinig restaurants en de bar veel te klein. Airconditioning was niet altijd voldoende aanwezig.'
