'A first class experience. We were treated like royalty. '

'Chambre très bien, très calme, très bon accueil. '

'Where to start… we had an unforgettable experience at Château Pimo. The service level of the owner Sybille is just out of this world. It is such a bespoke, unique, and charming experience. The design of the hotel is incredible, property is clean and inviting with a beautiful pool and backyard. It is quiet and peaceful at night, breakfast is deliciously filled with pastries and bread and cheeses. Would recommend a million times and we will definitely come back!'

'although the infrastructure was indeed of a 2-star level, the friendly atmosphere and the quality of the service made it very worthwhile to stay at this hotel. Room was clean, pool was very nice, restaurant remarkably good for a 2-star hotel. 10 minutes from Draguignan, 20 minutes from TGV railway station. Wifi in the room. I would go there again.'

'The room was not clean and there was garbage from the previous guests. Shower as mold outside and inside the cabin. The room was never cleaned the 5 days I was there, only the garbage was taken out. There were hair everywhere, curly hair in the bathroom.... I don't have curly hair. I do not recommend this hotel, is dated and filthy. The pictures do not correspond with the actual rooms and the garden is not as shown in the pictures. Very disappointed that the room was so filthy.'

'Very nice. Large property, nice pool, cute town with many restaurants. My only complaint was that our room consisted of two levels and to get to the bed on the top floor or bathroom on bottom floor you had to climb a vertical set of circular stairs which was tedious. I imagine all rooms have a different configuration.'

'This was genuinely the unexpected highlight of our 2-week trip to France. The property is remarkable, the setting was out of a storybook, and the staff, particularly Alicia, was so very helpful. She went absolutely above and beyond. I wish we'd stayed a couple of days longer and used this location as a home base to explore the area.'
