'Staff was not pleasant. On the way to our room was a trail of blood that lead from the ground floor up to our room on the 2nd floor. Cleaning crew passed over multiple times and never cleaned it up. Our door was unlocked when we entered and the safe was broken. Very disappointed '

'The staff was great, the hotel was very clean, the area felt safe and our room was spacious and wonderful with the exception of the bathtub. Everything else appeared to be more recently updated, but the bathtub was old and had paint chipping and was not very inviting. That is my only complaint, otherwise we had a great stay and we loved the size of the room. '

'Our stay was short as it was an overnight stop on our way to Palm Springs from Vancouver, BC. Having said this, it was excellent value for the price. The place was quiet, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I'd give it 5 stars but the breakfast was not much of anything at all. Nothing bad about it but not much to it. If they could have added maybe a little fresh fruit, yogurt and bread for toast, it likely would have been enough for me to change my rating to 5 out of 5.'

'Sort of a hidden gem in 'the middle of nowhere'. Located almost on the I5, but absolutely no noise in the rooms, so that was a great start. Just as the check in by the really friendly staff. We would recommend dining at Farwood Bar & Grill in Orland 'Downtown'. Best burger I had ever had and a 'local' feel'. This town incl. hotel was a great experience.'
