'Only negative is the third bed was not made and we had only 2 sets of towels. After asking we tot the art of towels and linnen but had to make the bed ourself'

'Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator.'

'Everything about our stay here was good. My only complaint would have to say was that the remote was hard to use, probably just needed new batteries. But the room was clean and loved that there were plenty of pillows.'

'Parking was close to the room and away from the road. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean, did need some upkeep. Asked for a replacement chair for the small table, was given it. Pool was not heated, but very lovely once you got use to the temperature. Beautiful setting in the redwood canopy.'

'Good stay when I needed some rest on my way home from a trip. The guy behind the desk was super friendly and helpful. Pet friendly, no real area to potty your pup.... so plan to be taking your pet for walks. But a nice, super basic yet comfortable place. I couldnt figure out working the tv for the life of me, but you can always call the front desk during their working hours! Served it's purpose for my dog and I on our way up the coast.'
