Fantastische locatie en een prachtig uitzicht op Jervis Bay. Deze onlangs gerenoveerde residentie aan Elizabeth Drive biedt vier slaapkamers en twee aparte woonruimtes. Spectaculair is de enige manier om het uitzicht vanuit de woonruimtes op de bovenverdieping te beschrijven, met onder meer; een houtkachel met langzame verbranding in de woonkamer, perfect voor winternachten en ook met plafondventilatoren voor de zomer.
Volledig gerenoveerd met design keuken kijkt uit over de eetkamer, omgeven door glazen kijkvensters, die zich leent tot het grote balkon aan de achterkant met het schilderachtige uitzicht op Collingwood Beach en daarbuiten.
Stel je voor op het dek, ontspannen met de ochtendcuppa en je ogen dwalen gewoon over de golven als je merkt dat het dolfijnen zijn - hoe geweldig om in de positie te zijn om dit te zien!

Beneden biedt nog twee slaapkamers, een grote betegelde familiekamer en een prachtig bijgewerkte gecombineerde badkamer en wasruimte. Loop gewoon vanuit uw achtertuin en over het kustpad naar Collingwood Beach om te zwemmen, vissen of snorkelen of gewoon om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen. Volg het populaire wandelpad langs de kust naar Vincentia of Huskisson - de keuze is aan jou.

Inbegrepen: Magnetron, wasmachine, droger, tv, houtkachel (lever uw eigen hout), gasbarbecue, plafondventilatoren, barkoelkast en grote keukenkoelkast, loop vanaf uw achterpoort naar Collingwood Beach.

Great family escape

The house is very well layed out and equipped, the kitchen has everything you need, a lovely living area and a good sized deck. The beds are comfy and location unbeatable. Sunrises over the water are stunning. The backyard is no fuss and well fenced, ideal for children and the dog to run around in. We were there on a weekend, so no building noise from the construction side next door. We will be back.

Silver Sands met all our needs. We were comfortable and warm. The location is perfect. We watched the sunrise from the balcony and were entertained by pods of dolphins in the bay.

Perfect spot for a break

This property is perfect for a family get away. We had two families (8 people) staying and it was roomy for all. The beds were super comfortable and the location is perfect. So close to the beach and great walking paths. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Home away from Home

Our family loved the house. It was very comfortable and relaxed. Well presented and furnished and safe for young kids and pets. The beach is on your doorstep and the view is absolutely stunning! We are already looking at dates to book again.

Great dog-friendly location with a beautiful view

What a lovely place to stay! Fantastic location overlooking Collingwood Beach and close to Vincentia shops. My dog and I both had a wonderful time watching the water and the world go by from the balcony. Didn't see any dolphins unfortunately but had early morning visits from a flock of rainbow lorikeets and a few crimson rosellas. Some things worth noting if you're going to stay here (which I recommend that you do!): - There are two king beds upstairs with the kitchen and living room and one bathroom - There is a king bedroom and two singles on the ground floor with another bathroom and living area. - Both floors have a big screen TV. There is no wifi but easy enough to plug in an apple or android tv box if you have one and connect it to your own wifi hotspot if you need some downtime and a netflix dose - There's no air con upstairs (only ceiling fans) and on a hot day the sea breeze doesn't quite cut it so grab one of the bedrooms downstairs if you're not a fan of the heat - The stairs to the top floor are a bit steep and narrow so just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues - If you have little ones, just be aware that there's no bath in either bathroom but the showers are large and the water pressure is fantastic! There is also a shower outside on the side of the house if you're coming back from the beach. - The floor boards and stairs are a bit creaky so be sure to bring some ear plugs if you're a light sleeper and are bringing family or friends - The property is fully fenced and safe for dogs but it's be aware that dogs are not allowed at any time on collingwood beach (where this property is located) so you can't just pop out the back door and down on to the beach with your furry friend. There are other beaches that allow dogs on-lead and off lead. Just make sure to do your research to avoid fines. - The garages are not available to guests so don't waste time trying to unlock them like I did :) We would definitely consider staying again!

It was an awesome stay as it is close to the beach. The place is clean & neat. The only disadvantage was there isn't wifi available with that price. Also was not aware that there is no hot water supply for shower during late night probably after 11.00 pm.
