'Close to everything we were interested in doing. When communicating with the host via text, they answered promptly. Only issue was with the bathroom door, not being able to open the front door when bathroom door is closed. Everything else was great. Love that they are pet friendly.'

'The location is great but it needs a deep clean. The comforters need washed and it appeared sheets in one bedroom had not been washed. Mattress in the one bedroom needs replaced. Towels and face clothes provided but no hand towels so we went and purchased these. Kitchen drawers need cleaned and some dishes were not clean. Communication was wonderful.'

'We love this place! It was our second stay and we will be coming every year with our family. It’s super cozy, easily fits the 7 of us, nicely contained so children can’t escape the property, has a great pool that’s warm, a splash pad and a basketball court. It’s also really close to Niagara on the lakes main road. Great staff and great manager! Whenever we go we always wish we booked longer.'

'It was a beautiful place, not far from the City but still a Beautiful Nature setting.
As Seniors, it was a little difficult not to have the Bathroom Facilities on the same floor....but it was worth the climb.
So beautiful to hear the Birds and see nature'

'Really well appointed place with homey touches. Was a bit confusing around where to park and needed to correspond with host for clarification. Mike responded promptly and took care of the issue. The unit is quite wheelchair accessible (no stairs, level entry). The bed was quite high for an easy transfer and there was no grab bar next to the toilet., but there was a sturdy one in the tub). A few minor adjustments (like swapping out the sink for one with knee clearance) would make this place...

'One confusing issue was the check in time. The expedia e-mails say checkin & out times as 3:00 & 11:00 but the host advised it was 6:00 & 12:00. Sophia was great at comunicating with us and did move the checkin time up for us. When we arrived everything went smooth. The instructions were very clear and easy. Host may want to cosider 3:00 checkin time to align with hotels so it dosn't conflict with usual dinner reservations.
The rooms and property were clean and beautiful in a quiet scenic...

'Super mooi groot appartement. Bij aankomst kregen wij een gratis upgrade. Dit appartement mag je zeker een modern lux aappartement noemen, echt helemaal te gek. De Wifi was ook een pluspunt lekker super ssnel.Personeel aardig en behulpzaam. Alles wat je wilt zien in de buurt van de watervallen is op loopafstand.'
