Loved the location for proximity to hiking and swimming at beautiful beach and lake and short drive to all the towns for shopping and dining. Excellent food at the Inn for breakfast which is included and dinner. Warm friendly staff and beautiful grounds.

What an awesome experience! The staff and even the Executive Chef went above and beyond to make our stay both pleasurable and memorable! We will definitely be back to this hidden gem!

Such a relaxing and beautiful place to stay! We enjoyed an afternoon swimming then an incredible dinner at the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved our stay and would come back again.

I had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Lambert's Cove Inn & Resort for a work trip. The stay was perfect! While off the beaten trail, the Inn is still convenient to Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. The entire property was clean and well-maintained. The staff and fellow guests were all friendly. The grounds were a wonderful retreat. I didn't get in the pool, but it was also well-maintained. I enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the property both nights of my stay. It was convenient to have this option and really spectacular food. I had the sea bass night one and the scallops night two. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a retreat and charming staying in the Vineyard.

Beautiful woodland retreat with lovely gardens. Staff is friendly, gracious and always looking to make your stay special. The food at the restaurant is fabulous! Great place to stay to get away from it all!

I like coffee first thing in the morning and was shocked to discover that there is no coffee available on the property until 8 am when breakfast is served. This is an expensive and beautiful place with lots to offer, but not to serve any coffee or tea prior to 8 am is an issue for some of us!

The rooms and facilities are a bit outdated. Pictures on travel sites look better than reality. But everything works properly. Staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond, special shout out to Jenn!!

Most perfect place on MV
We have stayed as several hotels/inns/campgrounds on our road trip- the Lambert Cove Inn is the best. This was the most perfect place to stay on the island most wonderful people work here. The location is absolutely beautiful. And alpacas. We were so welcome at the Inn and felt immediately at home. We were already in love with the natural beauty of MV, and the calm sophistication of the inn mirrored that. Having a sitting area separated from the main bed was a needed bit of space for all of us on this trip. The bathroom was clean and modern. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when returning to MV, and I look forward to coming back yearly, for me this off-season is the perfect season. Our stay was wonderful and perfect and we just cannot say enough good things about the inn.

We absolutely love staying here. The staff was so very accommodating. Bridget is such a fine manager. And omg she keeps the landscaping and grounds so beautifully maintained. True artistry. Food is excellent and overall service is top notch. The entire staff are such professionals. Linda is a jewel. We love it!

It is a quiet safe haven away from a lot of people. This is quiet time to visit Martha's Vineyard but staying here for just one night was just perfect! Woody area just around the Inn makes it so peaceful.

Great 3 nights stay
We had the best stay here. We couldn’t get a reservation to bring our car on the ferry. Took a cab to the hotel for $35. The rest of the time we used the local buses which you catch right there at the beach, super easy. You can also rent a car right when you get off the ferry if you want. We ate dinner at the restaurant every night it was so good! We will be back!

Lovely, comfortable inn on a beautiful property with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the quiet - apart from the garbage truck outside our window at 7am on a Saturday! Breakfast food was tasty, but rather barebones. We expected a broader selection to match the room rate.

Lambert's Cove Inn
Lambert's Cove Inn is a secluded, upscale cozy hotel. It has a restaurant with a limited menu with a four course meal that cost $105. The four days I was staying there, the menu did not change. The breakfast is basic with oatmeal, eggs, hashbrowns, mixed berries/fruit, orange juice, and coffee/tea. There was a fireplace fire that caused the main hotel to not have hot water. It caused guest to not be able to take showers or baths. The hotel offered cheese plate and bottle of wine for the inconveniences. After many complaints to owner, the guest affected by having no hot water is receiving a reimbursement for the full stay. We did not have a properly functioning TV or remote control. Coffee or tea was not often available in the early mornings. The receptionist leaves at 10:00pm every night.

I really liked the cleanliness and the peacefulness of the property as well as its close proximity to the Lambert's Cove beach. The owner is a chef and I really loved that we could spend a night eating in at the Inn. Lovely owners and staff. The Inn was recently acquired by the new owners - January 2022 so while the rooms, dining room and Inn is immaculate, updated changes to the patio, etc. are coming. A beautiful asset to the community!

Loved staying here! The access to lamberts cove beach alone made it worth it to us but the rooms were also very clean and seeing the alpacas outside our window was great! Definitely would recommend
