(Not very often I do review but this needs one) Not very clean, rooms very smelly. People at reception not very eager to help and unfriendly. Definitely not 5 star. More like 2. Stay at the coast line instead

Quá tải vào dịp tết
Vào kỳ nghỉ tết âm lịch nên khách rất đông. Khách sạn dường như quá tải nên việc tìm phòng đã đặt cho khách để check in và check in gặp nhiều vấn đề phiền toái. Tuy nhiên thì đây vẫn là KS tốt nhất thời điểm này tại TP Vinh.

A good hotel in Vinh City. It has everything you need including a convenient restaurant and roof top bar. The staff tried hard to please but often food choices were not available. It would have been easier if I spoke better Vietnamese.

Coming back for Tet holiday and stayed here for two nights. The staff is okay until one of the doorman trying to sell us their taxi service. It’s too overpriced. Half of the equipments at the gym broke down. As for the breakfast buffet, they have many selections but it can’t be compared to the food at 3 star hotel we stayed in Ha Noi.

The staffs were very nice, helpful and professional. Hotel is great on everything. My husband had room service. He said the burger was tasty and delicious. My room has a beautiful view. I definitely will stay at this hotel again if I ever come here

Best you can find in Vinh
The best hotel you can find in center of Vinh. The room is spacious. The downside is they don't have air condition in the hallway and also they only give you one room key card so every time you go out and in again you have to restart the air inside which can take a while.
