'I usually stay here when I come back home. Staff won’t ever let me check in early. Barely even under 30mins early. One of the two elevators is usually broken. One of the 2 sides doors on each side of the building is usually broken. Parking isn’t enough sometimes for the visitors. Staff is ok definitely don’t go out their way to be nice. I started staying somewhere else. Around the corner. Room better and staff way more nicer. Like I’m paying you haven’t given me nothing for free. So why so mean.'

'They had no rooms available, well after check in time. Dozens of people were waiting in the lobby and parking lot. Staff promised a 15 minute wait. The problem got worse over time. I waited 45 minutes with no rooms becoming available, and many more people arriving asking to check in. Staff would not give an actual estimate, just repeated the 15 minute wait time which had been proven a lie multiple times over.
I asked for a refund so I could just leave, to which she refused saying to keep...
