'This was our second time staying here, with our first being during the summer. The cottage is very clean and overall quite pleasant with a location perfect for bicycling into town and to the beach. However, this cottage really needs heat if it is to be rented during the cooler months. The owner did provide a portable heater at our request, which did warm the place, but was very noisy. Would stay again but only in the warmer weather. '

'The property overall was clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a knot of hair in the bedsheets. The kitchen has been updated and there is a good size living room. The bathroom is tiny!!! We found the beds to be uncomfortable, with and without the extra matress. The bed in the smaller.bedroom is broken and would roll around the room sometimes. Neighbor has a junkyard in their backyard. Property is very close to a beautiful beach. For a budget price it is worth it.'

'We loved the cottage. Perfect location to everything on the island. Was within walking distance to the seafood festival and shops. The screened porch was a nice place to enjoy our morning coffee. The cottage had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy. We highly recommend staying there. We are considering a summer visit and hope the cottage is available if we do.'

'Enjoy Don's cottage - the screened in patio was lovely to enjoy coffee and do some light office work. Kitchen had enough of everything to heat or prepare simple meals. Hot water was plentiful and pressure good in the shower. Bed was comfortable. The area is very quiet at night but during the day there is a small business next door that you do hear light people chatter/deliveries. I would say this location is like a modern cabin - just enough of everything but still feels rustic.'

'This was a cozy cottage. Liked the location even though the road construction made the walk to the beach more than 9 mins. The host was very responsive. Also loved the bikes and beach chairs that came with the listing. On the downside the beds were smaller than listed/pictured. The bathroom was also small. Overall this was a great stay💛!'

'Snug Harbor is simply amazing, and is truly a home away from home. The location is on the water with amazing views of the lighthouse and the poines. There are tiki huts, lawn chairs, etc. for you to enjoy. Basia and Captain John can take you on kayak and boat tours. I highly recommend taking a guided tour as you learn so much history. Our hosts were so committed to us having a great time and went the extra mile so we could see the poines every chance possible. The cottages are comfortable...

"Net hotel met schone en ruime kamers. Goede locatie om met de auto te verblijven vanwege het gratis parkeren. En het makkelijk kunnen bereiken van een metro parking met de auto om zo het stadscentrum te bereiken. Twee minpunten: de oude tv's waarop een game basketbal of honkbal niet op te volgen zijn. En het erg summiere ontbijt. Het ontbijt werd ongeveer een uur voor het afliep al niet meer bijgevuld, waardoor de opties zeer beperkt waren. De tweede dag van ons verblijf hebben wij daarom ergens anders ontbeten."
