Hello,
I am writing to formally report a serious cleanliness and sanitation issue with my recent hotel stay booked through Expedia.
I stayed in the room from Friday to Sunday (Easter weekend), and upon checking the room, I discovered a used tampon left behind the microwave. In addition, the area under the beds was visibly dirty and had clearly not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival.
This is extremely concerning, as it indicates that the room was not properly sanitized between guests. This created an uncomfortable and unacceptable environment during my stay, especially considering basic cleanliness standards expected from a hotel listed on your platform.
I have photo evidence of the condition of the room, which I can provide upon request.
I would like this matter to be taken seriously and respectfully request a refund or appropriate compensation for this experience. I also recommend that this property be reviewed to ensure proper cleaning protocols are being followed moving forward.
