'I waited 3 hours to be able to get in the unit. The host did not communicated well with the security guards at the lobby for them to give me the key for the unit. We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email. '

Concerns were not enough towel bars especially there were 5 people in my party, hooks for clothes, glass toilet paper roll cover keeps dropping & there were many mini ants. Great shower heads but the glass partition was short it gets the floor wet. It needed a foot wider.'
