- great staff (Leth especially, but in general great staff)
- good to decent transportation around the resort (free within the resort)
- beautiful location
- varied and tasteful breakfast
- clean private beach
Room for improvement:
- based on earlier videos, as well as my long vacation here, it seems that the outdoor playgrount has been closed (under maintenance) for more than four months. '

Hotel provided a crib honestly I loved everything about this place customer service is top notch!! What really set them apart though my baby boy bumped his head during our stay and they had medical staff on site paramedic reassured us everything was ok. Now the room was excellent we loved the bathtub so we could clean our baby I did not gamble but the casino floor is very luxury and loved the selection of restaurants inside the resort the...

'This was a newer property and is well-kept. Rooms were clean and exceeded my expectations.The staff and service were superb. The pool and poolbar was top-notch. Breakfast was quite good. It gets quite loud in the evening with karaoke or music from both the property itself and the neighboring hotel, but I think observing quiet-hours would alleviate some complaints.'
