'とても素晴らしいホテルだった。非常に高いレベルで従業員が教育されている。日本人でも快適安心に過ごせる。商業地域や歓楽街から離れた場所にありホテル外は貧しい村に囲まれているため、ホテルの外に出歩くことは勧められないが、ホテルの敷地自体がかなり大きく施設もサービスも豊富。ホテル内であればセキュリティがしっかり機能しているので夜も出歩ける。'

'高級ホテルとはこう言うところなのかと、改めて実感しました。 食事もどの料理も抜群に美味しいし、レストランの雰囲気もどこをとってもおしゃれででも気取り過ぎず落ち着いた雰囲気。 ベッドや枕はは硬過ぎず柔らか過ぎず。好みに合わせて勿論調整可能です。 施設としては比較的古めではありますが、老朽感は全くなく、居心地の良いホテルでした。 セブ島に行くなら、わざわざ別のホテルに行くのではなく、もうここ一択で良いかもしれません。'

'Everything was great!! The one feedback I have is that the water in the toilets, due to the model of toilet, had the water at a really low level by default. This left the toilet side walls exposed to lots of stains.'
