'We vonden ontvangst beetje koeltjes, wat later wel iets beter werd. We kregen een kamer op de 4e etage, een suite, dat woord vonden we iets overdreven, de lift ging tot de 3e! Als je meerdere dagen blijft is dat wel een ding met zware koffers. Het bed was echt een drama. Netjes was het wel, het had een bepaalde uitstraling, iets wat gedateerd. In het toilet staat het water zo hoog dat je hand soms nat werd. Ontbijt, niet echt bijster goed.Geen brood/broodjes soms verpakte croissants, geen...

'Een prima hotel om vanuit daar St John's en omgeving te verkennen. Hotel zelf niet echt bijzonder, maar zeker niet slecht. Ontbijt is uitstekend.'

'The hotel has a beautiful harbor view and an excellent location right on the waterfront. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was consistently good. Breakfast at the Sparo restaurant was excellent. On our first day, due to the Christmas holidays, the restaurant was closed and a continental breakfast was offered instead. Unfortunately, it was quite limited and rather poor in terms of variety, and not comparable to the full restaurant breakfast. Special thanks to Lisa at the front...

'Hospitality was a 10/10, as a solo female traveller I felt very safe and cared for during my stay, truly felt like I was staying at a family’s place. The location was perfect, easy to get Ubers or walk to downtown or Signal Hill. The host was very caring, responsive and accessible throughout the trip. I would absolutely stay here again!'
