Furthermore, the apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It boasts two air conditioners and a kitchen with all essential utensils. The living room sofa can be converted into a bed, though it's often not needed as the apartment features two bedrooms, comfortably accommodating four guests in their own rooms. The apartment is part of a low-rise residence, not a high-rise building, with only four floors, ensuring a more intimate and less crowded atmosphere. For your convenience, resident-only garage parking is available. The apartment spans 70 square meters, and all furnishings are brand new.
