'I don’t know why people rated so low. It’s a little dated but for the price and the area it’s pretty good. Small hot spring pool is basically a private pool. The bed was clean and comfortable and had full kitchen available with cutlery and plates, cups microwave and oven. I would definitely recommend if you are on a budget. Most other hotels in the area are much more expensive. Staff was friendly and made sure everything was satisfactory. It’s not a brand new property but well taken care of.'

De accomodatie had diverse hotpools maar deze waren niet echt uitnodigend. Genoeg toilet en douchenruimten, maar niet echt modern of uitnodigend. Er is ook een mudpool en een oven waar je je eten gaar kan laten worden dmv de warmte uit de grond. WiFi werkte heel slecht. Op enkele minuutjes rijden van het centrum van Rotorua.'

Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would...

'Very unhappy about arriving the house to find it hadn't been serviced rotten food in the oven so we didn't dear use the oven the entire stay Had to clean all the plates and cups cutlery. The house had a musty smell that no matter how much you sprayed air freshener. Also was unaware that they had 2 other accommodation on the property which meant we had to share property with strangers . Only good thing about this house was the bathroom shower.
