'This was truly fantastic, Luca and his lovely wife are careful and passionate hosts who will do their very best to accommodate their guests. We had the quadruple room for 3 nights, it was large and comfortable. Breakfast (with nearly everything home made) is amazing as well. Only thing are the mosquitos near the swimmigpool and on the terrace but this is not something the hosts could do much about. We’ll be back when we come to Volterra !'

'Het hotel is prachtig gelegen, bovenop een heuvel met eigen oprijlaan met de kenmerkende cipressen. Het ligt dIchtbij Volterra en de ligging is geschikt voor uitstapjes in Toscane. Prachtige 360 gr view, ook vanuit hotelkamer en het zwembad zicht op de schitterende omgeving, zonsop- en zonsondergang. Italiaans ontbijtbuffet. Een mooie locatie om in alle rust vakantie te vieren. "We had a very pleasant stay! The accommodation is beautiful and lies in beautiful surroundings. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The organised dinners at the hotel were very very good. Sometimes better than nearby restaurants. It was delicious!! Of course, the wines are great too, with the rosé wines as my favourite. My only points of feedback would be that it would be nice that the bar next to the pool is open more hours (as of our stay, it was only open for 1hour between 7 and 8 PM). Some time you just want a nice drink or snack earlier times. Another point I noticed was that the floor in the bedroom was quite dusty upon arrival. I have to say, these 2 points of feedback would not take away my full recommendation for this place. We loved every second of our stay. "
