'Nice staff'

'Very nice and clean hostel. Very comfortable! Location is great and close to the station. The atmosphere is not amazing tho. Because there’s only a ‘café’ open at 8-10am and there’s no bar it’s hard to meet new people as a solo traveler. The lockers in the dorm are really small so you won’t be able to put all your stuff in a locker. Overall a great hostel if you’re looking for a relaxed place.'

'We liked everything about the property especially the location right on the river and an easy walk to Salzburg's main attractions. Felix, our receptionist, was an excellent host. 'Eigentlich könnte ich den Punkt "Personal & Service " nicht bewerten, denn während unseres Aufenthalts waren Ruhetage, so dass niemand vor Ort war. Der Checkin hat trotzdem super funktioniert. Und als besonders aufmerksam haben wir empfunden, dass sich der Gastgeber im Nachhinein noch persönlich erkundigt hat, ob alles ok war. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist im Sommer, aufgrund der nachts geöffneten Fenster, leicht gewöhnungsbedürftig. Mit der Einrichtung hat man sich richtig Mühe gegeben,...

'Typische Zimmer einer Jugendherberge zweckmässig und top sauber .Frühstück ist klasse! Das Hygienekonzept wurde sehr gut umgesetzt. Das Personal ist freundlich und unkompliziert. '

'Toen wij aan kwamen bleken wij overboekt te zijn .Wij werden naar een andere locatie gebracht. Een appartement ergens in een woonwijk.met slechte duouche en gammele bedden.de mensen van het hotel waren heel. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar dit kan natúúrlijk niet.'
