No momento da reserva visualizei que o pagamento deveria ser em dólar e poderia ser em cartão, só não foi especificado que deveria ser em cartão de crédito, como foi exigido no hotel, tive que ir em uma casa de câmbio para sacar o dinheiro em espécie, gerando mais desgastes.

'Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. Also make sure you know that the included breakfast is at the restaurant and you have to verify with them that's what you're getting,...
