The center of Shëngjin is within easy walking distance—about 15–20 minutes. The lake is also just a short walk away. In about 10 minutes, you can reach a magnificent viewpoint with a panoramic view of the sea toward Velipojë. Velipojë itself is about a 30-minute drive away, and the capital, Tirana, is about 50 minutes away. The swimming pool, located just 30 meters from the villa, is also available for your use—prior confirmation is required. A highly recommended restaurant is located nearby and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
