Located in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, in Conca dei Marini, Casa Costiera is the perfect place for those seeking a truly relaxing getaway. Surrounded by greenery and right on the sea, it offers a unique experience on the Amalfi Coast, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the setting and the beauty of the ocean view.
It is very close to the Grotta dello Smeraldo (a 3-minute walk) and the beach at Fiordo di Furore (5 minutes away), and just 6 km from Amalfi and 9 km from Positano.

Easily accessible from State Highway SS 163 via a driveway, Casa Costiera offers free private on-site parking. From the parking lot, descending a few steps down the main staircase leads to a garden equipped with a shower and lounge chairs. Continuing down a few more steps brings you to the entrance of the house, preceded by two small gardens furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor meals and aperitifs. Recently renovated, the spaces have been designed to offer guests the chance to enjoy modern comforts and furnishings while paying homage to the past through the use of traditional local majolica tiles, which feature the shapes and colors typical of the coast. The interior is arranged on a single level: the entryway opens onto an open-concept kitchen/living room, equipped with all amenities (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher). To the left is the full bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Continuing to the right of the open-concept space, you’ll find the bedroom, featuring a large window with a sea view. Access to the property is restricted exclusively to our guests, and parties are not permitted. Casa Costiera is not located in the center of Conca dei Marini; it is approximately 3 km away. Another nearby town is Praiano, which is 4 km away. It’s ideal for those planning to visit the Amalfi Coast by car or for those who decide to rent a scooter on-site.

The tourist tax (€2.00 per person per day) is not included in the rate and must be paid on-site in cash.
