'Very stylish hotel with plenty to look at and admire. Birthday cake surprise was a great surprise. The restaurant has a great but simple menu. Service there is sloppy though. Asked for firm pillows and was delivered the same pillows that were in the room. On check out informed by duty manager in fact they had firm pillows but a mix up happened. Not good enough for a 5 star hotel were 2 nights sleeps were bad due to this. Its an expensive mistake on behalf of the hotel. Also check out invoice not...

Special thanks to the employee, who works the dayshift as a doorman, he always greets everyone with a smile and is carrying for everyone the luggage and always opens the doors all very kindly! 'This is a great hotel. About 10 min walk to Old Town Square. And it’s a straight walk on a major street, so fairly safe. Also the proximity to the big mall was very helpful. The 24 hr front desk is nice. And the staff are friendly and courteous. We had 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms apartment. The living room and kitchen space is decent. Also had most of the amenities. But the bedrooms are small. With the bed there is not much room for anything else. The biggest issue we had was the dryer...

'Its amazing, the staff is so kind! If i had to say something bad it would only be that the wifi sucks a little. Other than that we had the best experience! My husband got injured and nothing was to much to ask for the staff members, they are truly amazing people! So incredibly kind! '

'Mooi statig pand super gerenoveerd.Metro museum om de hoek. Ontvangst en check in door medewerkster was erg goed maar voor vertrek een aantal vragen aan spaanstalige receptionist en de bereidwilligheid tot hulp om iets om te zoeken over bus 119 was zero ! Echt geen interesse in gasten.'
