'Good access to the beach. There is security guarding the entrance to the beach. There are a lot of people with children, so adults can't use the pool and jacuzzi to relax. The restaurant is average. I was asked to pay extra for ice. Amenities are poor. Only a small pack of shampoo and a small bar of soap. The staff was kind and the stay was relaxing.'

'No WiFi. No activities available. Murky pool water. Poorly trained staff - they sit and play with their phones without asking the guests if they would like to order. 'My family loves everything in Crusoe Cabins & the entire Casobe. There's just some minor thing to fix in the cabin where we stayed - the shower door is not closing properly thus water goes out of the shower area making the toilet area always wet & slippery. But overall the stay was great, we'll definitely come back. '

'Et avstressende sted, selv om vi kom litt nære utbruddet til vulkanen Taal. Vi hadde det fint der. Rommet vårt var nok litt preget av tidens tann, med en støyende mekanisk aircondition, men ellers ok, selv om vi ble litt overrasket over å lese de strenge romreglene med dertil bøter for overtredelser. Matabungkay er et sted der filipinerne selv ferierer, og der likte også vi oss!'

'What I did not like the most was the musty smell of the room. Did not bother to ask for room change as it will take a lot of time. Note that the smell stuck on my shirt after I woke up the next day.
