'This is an exceptional property. Very clean, beautifully furnished. The street the property is on is very well lit at night. We enjoyed our time in Lexington, it was only about a 15 min drive in to see our son. The app we used to get in was very easy to download and use to open and close the door. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We have two small suggestions for the owner to consider adding. 1. Mats at the doors as it rained a couple of the days we were there and we struggled with...

'We needed lodging for a rehearsal dinner in Lexington, a wedding in Jeffersonville, and hiking in Red River Gorge. This place was a central location, with enough beds and bathrooms for our family. The house was extremely clean, the check in/check out process was very simple, and the house looks just like the pictures in the listing. 'Four of us stayed for a week. We visited restaurants, distilleries and Keeneland. The location was perfect for our needs and our group size. The weather was cool and raining for 3 days but the house was nice and warm. It was nice to have the garage access for packing/unpacking. We signed in with our streaming services so it was like being at home. The house was very clean located in a quite neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.'

'Our church's Young Adults group had an amazing stay here! It's a really cool place to say and offers a great break from phones if you're looking for one since the cell service here is non-existent. There is Wi-Fi, however, in case you're worried :). The place was clean, well-equipped, and had all the amenities listed. In addition, its only a short jaunt up the road to get to either Red River Gorge or Natural Bridge! Our group was very happy here! Any group would be!'

'The property was fantastic. Ben thought of everything so we over packed. The bathrooms had hand soaps and plenty of toilet paper. The kitchen was well stocked with cleaning supplies, garbage bags, paper towels and spices. Thank you for that! We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area including the cornhole sets. Excellent trip and we hope to book avain next year!'

'Darren and Francine’s cabin was absolutely amazing. Their communication leading up to travel was prompt, the cabin was exactly as advertised, and was the perfect quiet getaway that my little mom group needed. We all said that we’d definitely look for a time in the future to come back and stay.'

Very clean and well stocked with all needed items. Secluded location but close enough to area hiking trails (20-30 minutes depending on which trails). Overall a great experience and would love to return in the future.'
