'We initially missed that we were renting a shared property with the owners, which we always avoid. But it ended up working out great! The rental side of the property is set up to where you don’t even realize it’s shared. We liked that both bedrooms were upstairs and had bathrooms attached. Great location relative to our family in Perham and the downtown area. We look forward to coming back during the summer to take advantage of the lake. The lake and those amenities will make the rental price...

'What a great place to stay. The house was beautiful with lots of amenities. So many added little touches. Hot chocolate and all the fixings, cotton balls, Q-tips, s’mores fixings, wood for outside fires, female personnel care items. Kitchen has more things to cook than any other place I’ve stayed. Easy to contact the owner. Beautiful yard to play and a small playground. No neighbors close by in a rural setting. We will be back. Favorite for all the adults and kids. The game area was super fun...
