Deze luxe woning ligt direct aan het strand met een gezellige veranda rondom. Dit huis is gevuld met mooie meubels. De grote zaal is gevuld met grote ramen met uitzicht op de serene zonsondergangen. Geweldig leuk strandhuis. Er is een mooie open haard in de woonkamer. De keuken en eetgedeeltes zijn allemaal gloednieuw met prachtige witte kasten en kookeiland.

Dit huis heeft centrale lucht en verwarming en is het hele jaar beschikbaar. Gratis wifi en kabel-tv. Gratis parkeren. U hebt toegang tot kajaks, hengelstokken en fietsen!
(Al onze huizen worden compleet geleverd met alles wat je nodig hebt, breng gewoon eten en kleding mee)

De wijngaarden en boerderijen zijn in de buurt. Er is een vijfsterrenrestaurant aan de overkant van de straat en biedt een bar in tiki-stijl waar u kunt ontspannen met een drankje. Dit huis is omgeven door de oceaan en het natuurreservaat. Het is een geweldige badplaats gemeenschap. Het ligt dicht bij de Tanger Outlet Mall, de East Wind Day Spa, Atlantis Marine World, Splish Splash Water Park, Long Island Skydive en nog veel meer. Het ligt op slechts 25 minuten van de Hamptons, Greenport en Shelter Island. Een mooie rit naar Montauk en Fire Island.

The location is amazing right on the beach and the property manager was always ready to communicate with me - but the property had multiple problems including broken items, dirty floors, dirty sheets in one bedroom, dirty plates in the cupboard and problems with the water that all needs to be fixed before they calling this a luxury rental.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend, and we would love to book again. House was very clean, very easy to check in to, host was very responsive, and king bed upstairs was very comfortable. The location was perfect and the views from the house were stunning! The host even left a bottle of wine from a local winery which was very generous. I couldn’t find a washer or dryer in the house, so something to think about for longer stays.

Our family of six adults had a delightful stay at Soundview Beach House. The ocean view was expansive. We had the beach to ourselves. The owners provided kayaks with life vests. The house was very comfortable, and the air conditioning maintained a pleasant temperature even on two excessively hot days. The SmartTV provided a nice place for us to sit and enjoy some movies. The kitchen and eating area were nicely appointed. I kept up with family laundry using the washer/dryer next to the garage. We had ample parking for our three cars. There is a superb restaurant within a short walking distance of the house. Nearby lavender farm, wineries, pick-your-own berry farms, and Tanger outlets were all within a short drive. We stayed for two weeks and returned home well-rested and happy. The owners/managers were very responsive to our questions during our stay. We would definitely book another trip to Soundview!

If you love the water, this is your place!

The location and the owner attention are the stars here. Literally right on the beach, a few steps to a beach playground, very short walk to the best restaurant in town - and the owner is responsive and helpful. Our family of 8 adults had plenty of room and enjoyed the view and the great room and water toys (kayaks and paddle boards).

We had a wonderful long weekend here for our Babymoon. Having direct access to the beach was incredible, and we lucked out with a gorgeous weekend. Lots of walks along the water with the ease of being able to run inside for snacks/drinks/bathroom etc. There was plenty to do in area but we also enjoyed cooking meals at the house and sitting outside enjoying the water views. The upstairs bedroom with large window overlooking the waves was so serene! We would definitely come back here, we had a wonderful time!

Quick Spring Break Getaway

We stayed at the Soundview Beach House for a few days as a mini-getaway during Spring Break. The location was the main draw as the house is situated right on the beach on the Sound. My two young boys love the beach, so they were beyond excited that it was right out the back door. We spent our days walking, collecting rocks, and looking for seaglass. The first day we were there, the water was crystal clear and the beach was pristine. Unfortunately, there was a huge storm that came through that caused beach erosion, flooding, and churned up the surf. We were even there for the earthquake! Even with crazy mother nature at play, the house was wonderful and the views never ceased to amaze us. The hosts couldn't have been more wonderful and communication was open and prompt. I would recommend this house to anyone! Thank you for a wonderful time!

We loved the view. The house was comfortable and we could see the sound from the living room dining room kitchen upstairs bedroom and deck. Access to a private beach was wonderful even in the fall. The beds were comfortable but I am not sure the beds on the main floor were queen. I traveled with 7 women, many are large so we were glad no one had to share the beds on the main floor. Also not sure an outside shower constitutes a third bathroom. Other than that we loved the house and will return. If we have 10 we will make the skinny ones sleep together.

Beachfront paradise!

Had an amazing time at this place. The house itself is a dream - super comfy and stylish. The four bedrooms are spacious, and the top-level master suite is a knockout with those big windows showing off the awesome beach views. The house sits right on the sand, so you can't really go wrong there! The location is sweet, with vineyards and nature spots nearby. Plus, top-notch restaurants are just a hop away. But what really makes this place special is Debbie and Virginia's awesome hospitality. Five stars all around! We'll definitely be back!

Beach house perfectly located on Creek Road with plenty of parking for guests. The house has a picturesque view from the front balcony perfect for morning coffee. Back deck has everything you need to entertain families and guests. Inside, the house is extremely clean and spacious. Great house for entertaining!
