'Overall, it’s a great stay. The host is kind and responsive. The location of this listing is also great since it’s close to everything. The beach stuff that the host left on the balcony is useful. I would recommend this place to my friends if they ever come to Kauai. There is also a very friendly cat that hangs around here. We had a great time :)'

'This is our second stay at this amazing condo! We love ground floor location and close proximity to parking lot and very close to the pool! 'Great location as we didn't want to get a rental car, nicely equipped, it is convenient to restaurants and breweries, a short uber to major stores and airport. This place is 2 minor upgrades from being PERFECT! I did get a little warm in the living room so an AC in the living room and remove the tree (as pretty as it is) it blocks an incredible view from the sofa. '

'This was a great location and lovely condo with room for our family. They had provided some nice snacks and drinks which was wonderful and the extra niceties like the boogie boards, snorkel sets, cooler, umbrellas, etc were great adds. So wonderful. It was unbelievably hot, even with the swamp coolers and fans. There were swamp coolers in each bedroom so those rooms cooled off but the living room was uncomfortably hot. Luckily it was nice outdoors and this place had a small patio we could hang...

'We enjoyed our stay. We loved being right on the ocean with the pool right out the back door. We saw spinner dolphins one morning from our lanai. The condo was clean and we loved the location. If your looking for view and location and cleanliness this is the place to stay. If your looking for lavish and top of the line you would be disappointed but luckily that's not us so this was perfect. I definitely can see us staying here again if someday we make it back to Kauai.'

'We loved the central location! It made it so much easier to do activities all over the island. Grocery store right around the corner! Quiet neighborhood! A little warm without air conditioning but lots of fans and the breeze from the ocean made the nights comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. '

'We enjoyed this roomy condo for 3. There is a wonderful view while enjoying morning coffee from porch balcony off of the Master Bedroom. Towel service is complimentary at pool area. Condo also had a cooler, chairs available & we kept some in our rental car as we toured the island. Had a nice dinner at the Bull Shed Steakhouse Restaurant with ocean view that was an easy stroll from unit, across the parking. Suggest make reservations. Host was very responsive and would stay again.'

'Check in was easy and very clean place. The WiFi worked perfect and having a fridge helped a lot. The location was great and we were close to everything being on the east side. The best part was it was a 2 minute walk to the beach to sit and relax and listen to the waves. I would recommend people to stay here and I would definitely stay again. '

'Location, Location, Location and hands down, you can not beat this location and the spectacular view. This condo has everything you need and is tastefully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. After booking, you are given wonderful resources about the area and best places to go for island activities. Luke is a good and responsive host! '

Luckily they were able to provide the right code so we could get in.The studio is smaller then the pictures show and smelled terrible. The smell was moldy in especially the bathroom and cabinet in Living room, but the smell was everywhere. The studio, not condo, was old and everything in it too. Room was small and so were the beds, especially for 2 people. Pool/beach towels provided also smelled and were very old. The bed covers which were also meant to be used as blankets, were dirty and probably not washed in a long time. One bed had sand and dirt on it.The curtain was super old and moldy on the outside. We contacted management about our issue. The did reply early the next morning and offered a refund for the second night so we could change locations. Sadly we didn’t have that option since we had left the property very early in the morning, before the reply and didn’t get back until after dinner. We didn’t have time to find something else and move since we were only staying 2 nights. I hope they will fulfill my question of there was anything else they could offer as compensation.Especially the smell and it being old and not clean sadly took away from our Kauai experience. It didn’t meet any of the other reviewers experiences. "
